Tasting Notes
Notes of papaya, lychee, pithy citrus, berry, slight apricot and vanilla sweetness. Medium body with a light lingering grapefruit rind bitterness with a slightly resinous palate.
Recipe
Malt: American Two Row, German Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Rye.
Hops: Cascade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, CTZ (Kettle). Mosaic, Citra, Comet, Centennial, Simcoe (Dry Hop).
