DESCRIPTION
Our barleywine, aged in whiskey barrels from Manatawny Still Works. Big notes of toasted bread, burnt toffee, malt nuttiness, a nice spicy hop profile reminiscent of a winter dessert (think clove, and nutmeg), and a touch of warming booze.
Recipe
Malt: Pisner, 2-Row, Vienna, Munich, Briess Victory, Briess Specialty, Cararoma and Chocolate Malts.
Hops: Pacific Gem, Pacific Jade.
