DESCRIPTION
Unfiltered Kolsch Style Ale, filled right from the fermenter with a lower carbonation. Notes of fresh hay with a slight yeasty funk. Light herbaceous mint with a hint of tangerine rind. Clean medium bitterness, slick mouthfeel and low carbonation.

Malt: German Pilsner, German Vienna, Wheat Malt.
Hops: Warrior, Hersbrucker, Saphir.
