American Pale Ale
Our 420th batch and utilizing a new strain of yeast… Dubbed “New Strain”. Notes of resin, earthy pine, pineapple, lime pith, light strawberry with a light pepper and floral bitter assertiveness. Light body with a dry finish.
Malt: American Two Row, German Munich, German Vienna, Blonde Roast Oat Malt.
Hops: CTZ, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Strata, Cascade, Amarillo
