DESCRIPTION
The first offering from our new series of Imperial IPAs “Gone to Plaid”. Notes of strawberry, pineapple, and citrus rind followed by dank and floral pine. Sitting at 75 IBUs the bitterness is assertive, yet extremely approachable.
Recipe
Malt: American Two Row, German Pilsner Malt, Light Crystal Malts.
Hops: Amarillo, CTZ, Cascade, Simcoe, Strata.
