Our Single Hopped Series of Pilsners. Based off of our beloved Pils. This one featuring Pacific Gem hops. Giving it upfront notes of herbaceous spice and fresh cracked black pepper. Blackberry, orange citrus with a slight residual honey sweetness. Clean malt profile, dry finish with a rounded, soft bitterness.
